House & Land Disclaimer 

The land offered for purchase with our house & land packages is done so in conjunction with the land developer and/or seller of the land to facilitate a house and land package. My New Home Space does not own the land and a separate contract of sale for the land will be prepared for the seller of the land. Any Land incentives in the form of rebates provided by the developer/seller of the land may be included within the advertised house and land package price.

The advertised pricing is correct at the time of advertising, but subject to change without notice. The advertised price includes an estimate of the build and siteworks costs to build with New Choice Homes. All final siteworks, build costs and design requirements are subject to change and are to be finalised once a building contract has been entered between the purchaser and the builder. A provisional sum allowance for site works is included and is subject to a licensed survey and engineers report. Block and building dimensions may vary from the illustration.

To the extent a first home owner grant (FHOG) is available and specified in the advertised price, the estimated build price assumes you may be eligible for the first home buyer’s grant and the advertised price has therefore been reduced to reflect this grant.
