Where do I start?
At My New Home Space we love building and we want you to love it too!
It all starts with a 15 minute phone chat to get you started and from there we organise an information session in a number of display homes around Perth. We cover everything to do with building and find out exactly what your needs and wants are for your new home. We also run through designs, locations and answer any questions you might have and from there if we can help, it’s time to start the process.
After our initial chat and we have established your budget we then source suitable locations in over 50 suburbs within the Perth metro area. We also work with Perth’s top land developers to help you find the perfect block. Once we are settled on a location the next step is to select a design. With over 40 designs to choose from we will find the right one for you.
Our service continues throughout the entire process from administration to construction, and we are always available to help answer any questions that you might have along the way.
